  23.      A quantity is specified as a multiplicative combination of units
  24.      optionally preceded by a numeric multiplier.  Powers are indicated by

  35.      generous leavening of exotica and a few constants of nature including:

  46.      _PPPP_oooo_uuuu_nnnn_dddd is not recognized as a unit of mass; _llll_bbbb is.  Compound names are run
